Quickstart Neo4j Graph Modeling
Is your data suitable for neo4j and graph databases? What is the best way to start modeling a graph? We provide not only helpful answers to these and other questions, but also concrete results.
In this workshop you will get to know the database system Neo4j. In order for you to be able to deal with this software in a meaningful way, you will first receive a sound introduction to the concepts and advantages of a graph-oriented solution.Afterwards, our Graph Database Professional will examine your data for suitability and model a first graph for you.

Your advantages
Based on your existing requirements, you develop an IoT roadmap together with our experts and start directly with the implementation of the first use case.
Benefit from our years of IoT experience in the DACH region.
Based on best practice, we jointly develop a future-proof and robust IoT architecture that fits your company and implement it together with you.
Each course is just for you and your colleagues. There are no strangers sitting next to you. An open exchange is therefore possible and desired. Confidentiality on our part is a matter of course.
No temps or lateral hires. The workshop leaders are experienced consultants, project managers and heads of development. They pass on their practical and business case experience to the participants without restriction.
What makes our Quickstart special?
From the idea to the prototype
Based on your requirements, our expert models a graph database prototype based on the leading graph DB Neo4j.
German language knowledge transfer by Graph experts
You will get an overview of Neo4J's capabilities and learn about data modeling best practices in Neo4J.
Target group
IoT experts, domain experts, stakeholders
Duration
2 days, full day
Target Audience
Domain experts, application developers, system architects, project managers, data scientists, data engineers and data analysts.
Duration
1.5 person days workshop and modeling and 0.5 days documentation
Agenda
Day
1. presentation of the workshop objectives
Discussion of expectations as well as goal of the workshop.
2. introduction to Neo4j and graph databases
You will learn about the advantages of graph databases and how to implement them with Neo4j (building blocks, tools).
3. discussion of your individual requirements (data and use cases)
Together with our expert, your data will be analyzed and evaluated to derive possible use cases.
4. selection of a use case for prototypical implementation
One of the identified use cases will be selected for prototype implementation.
5. joint implementation of the discussed requirements
A graph schema is conceptualized and then modeled in Neo4j to create queries on the graph.
6. discussion of the Next Steps and summary
Results of the workshop are presented and agreement is reached on the next steps to expand the prototype.
You will also receive all workshop result information as documentation.
