Data Modeling Workshop

Collaborative dimensional modeling from business perspective to star schema

Data warehousing projects are complex! Product owners in particular face the challenge of collecting the requirements of the various stakeholders and preparing them for the development team. During the subsequent translation of the business requirements into a technical data model, queries often arise that unnecessarily extend the development time.

In this workshop, stakeholders, product owners and developers develop a common data model. This model covers both business and technical requirements. It thus serves as the basis for both development by the development team and acceptance by the stakeholders.
