Existing perpetual licenses (Legacy Perpetual Licenses) remain 100% active.
In contrast to the new model, existing legacy licenses are still not subject to a strict device limit.

Innovations in the license model
Transitional period: A grace period until the end of April 2026 has been granted for offers and projects already in progress, during which the old price conditions can still be used.
Customers with less than 1,000 devices can usually migrate to the new model without additional license costs, which can be particularly attractive if they want to use the now cheaper Trendz add-on.
New license prices and subscription models
Prices for new perpetual licenses
- o Basic license: $4,999 (one-time) for one server instance and 1,000 devices
- o Additional devices: 1 $ per additional device as a one-time fee
- o High availability (HA): $4,999 for each additional server instance in a cluster
- o Trendz add-on: Now costs a one-time fee of 1,500 $ per server instance
- o From the second year onwards, an optional annual maintenance fee of 17% of the license price is charged for support and updates.
New subscription models (self-managed)
New monthly levels have been introduced:
- o Pilot: 99 $ and 100 devices
- o Startup: 299 $ and 500 devices
- o Business: $499 and 1,000 devices
