Apache Hop (Hop Orchestration Platform) is a new platform for data engineering and data orchestration.Hop gives data experts an integrated tool set and best practices to implement their data project themselves.

Participants will first learn the basics of Apache Hop in this training. You will then be able to develop solutions using Apache Hop and understand existing models.

By the end of this course, you will have a thorough understanding of how to use Apache Hop for ETL and Data Integration.

Training sessions at the ITN Training Center are held all day from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. each day. Online/in-house training courses vary. Individual arrangement is possible.

The training language is German. Some of the documents may be available in English. Training in English is available upon request.

Technology

For online trainings we ask participants to provide sufficient technical equipment (microphones, camera). In addition, an active Internet connection is required to access the ITN training environment (RDP).

In our face-to-face training courses (Training Center Fulda), drinks, lunch and healthy snacks are included in the price.

The contents and certificates of the trainings are the same. The interactive exercises are tailored to the respective training format.

No, our training methods are adapted to the respective implementation formats. For online trainings, please ensure sufficient silence during the training.

In public trainings unfortunately not so far. For in-house trainings this possibility exists after previous arrangement.

The public classroom trainings are offered once a quarter.

The usual trainings are offered once a quarter, more specialized topics every six months or annually. However, individual appointments are possible at any time.

We offer our trainings on Microsoft Teams and partially use Miro Boards.

But we can also use your communication platform.

Please bring your notebook with you to the training sessions.
